Shipment tracking

Each shipment is equipped with a tracking code which allows the status of the shipment to be monitored. Furthermore, thanks to the booking service for unloading offered by BRT, it is possible to plan the moment of unloading during order confirmation, thus optimizing delivery times.

Reporting a defective item

If a faulty item is discovered, the customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. To report it, please send an email to our customer service, attaching 2 photos for each defective product: one of the imperfection itself and one of the bag tag, clearly legible to identify the item and the color of the model . If the defect is evident, the company could decide to request an immediate return or evaluate a single return at the end of the season, issuing a credit note and proceeding with the bank transfer for the return to the customer. At the company's discretion, the withdrawal of the reported piece may or may not be required to verify the real nature of the defect.

We can send you all the information necessary for importing into your management system or e-commerce, including: Item, SKU, color variant and product description.

If you prefer, we can provide this information to you in Excel format for convenient direct import to your system.

Can I have some photographic material taken?

Of course, we have high resolution photographs of individual products, ideal for posting on social media or your B2C site
